So this website used to be entirely devoted to music. True story. I don’t play shows much any more but when I do, I’ll post them here. So the Let It Out EP has been indefinitely on hold. I'm still penning some songs and am excited to finally record them. I was in the studio right before Thanksgiving working on the EP. Nick and I are making great progress and I hope to release some new material later this year.

The songs sound amazing! Nick did an outstanding job engineering and producing. He also played bass and drums on both tracks, which added a ton sonically. Go check out the new songs on MySpace and let me know what you think. These new songs will be part of The Let It Out EP, which will be out early 2009.

recording at skies fall studio

I spent a couple of days recording at Skies Fall Studio. The studio is co-owned by Ben Kasica of Skillet fame but I spent my time with Nick Radovanovic. He’s mostly known for his tasty beats on Phantoms (one of my all-time favs) by the band Acceptance. This was the most fun I’ve had in a long time and it was the first time I’d ever been in a studio. We recorded a couple of songs and I’ll put them up in a couple of days on MySpace once they’ve been mixed and prettied.
